Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need for my online lesson?

You will need a desktop computer or laptop with a microphone, webcam and Internet access. Additionally, it is best if you are in a quiet environment to ensure clear communication and understanding.

Can I add more lessons?

Yes, you may add more lessons! Contact our Customer Success Advisor for more information.

Can I proceed to the next level?

After completing the programme, you will have a Completion Test. Your test results will determine whether you're ready for the next level.

What is the class schedule like?

Since it is a 1-to-1 programme, the schedule is flexible. You can book and cancel your classes online on our booking system up to 24 hours before class.

Can I have classes on weekends?

We run classes from 9am - 9pm, Monday - Friday.
For weekends, it can be arranged on a special request basis. Just let us know what day & time you would like your weekend class to be and we will check our teacher's availability.

What is the class cancellation policy?

All cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. You will need to login to SunagoLearn to cancel your class in the scheduling system. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or are absent without notice, you lose your class credit.

Do my class credits expire?

Your class credits are valid for a specified period from the date of your first class:
12 Classes Package - Valid for 12 Weeks
18 Classes Package - Valid for 18 Weeks
24 Classes Package - Valid for 24 Weeks
Any unused credits at the end of the validity period will be deemed expired and forfeited. ​

Will I receive a Certificate upon completion of the programme?

Sunago’s Certificate of Completion is awarded in selected programmes. Only students that have a minimum attendance rate of 75% are entitled to this certificate.
